A Letter for Young Historians

Dear Young Historians,

We finally made it to Persia! I cannot tell you how excited I am to finally put out this issue! In my opinion, Persia is one of the coolest ancient empires. Also, several of my family members are Persian, so this issue has a special place in my heart.

Like so many of the topics we cover, this is just the tip of the iceberg. There is so much history we couldn’t cover and so many amazing stories we couldn’t include. But don’t worry! As I always say, use Honest History as a stepping stone to find your interests and dig deeper into history. We try our best to cover the basics, but itʼs up to you to discover more. Pay a visit to your local library and ask the nice librarians for help (be sure to give them a smile and say thank you afterward!).
