Do you have any siblings?
No, but I have a dog named Gizmo. I love her so much that I have her in all of the books I wrote – Alexa and Gizmo’s Time Travel Adventures.
What are your favorite things to study in school?
History, science, and Greek mythology.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I hope to become the first woman President of the United States. But I am too young for that. So, first a professional soccer player for FC Bayern Munich, and then an astronaut, so I can discover something new.
Would you rather live in the past or the future? Why?
The past so I could go on different adventures to meet and talk to people from the past and learn who they really are. Also, I could see what places like Constantinople, Alexandria, and Carthage looked like.
What is something you want to tell the world?
To always be mindful of the people around you and always try to be a better person. To always stand up for yourself and others for what is right.
Why is it important to study history?
To learn about the good of the past and the bad. It is important to understand all aspects of history to better understand today and make tomorrow better for everyone.
Who are your heroes and why?
My heroes are Anne Frank because she was brave to write about the things happening with the Nazis; Jackie Robinson because he was a great leader who stood up for himself to be treated the same as others in baseball and life; and Abraham Lincoln because he fought for slaves to be treated like people and won.
