What should you do if you can’t wash your hands?
Ask an adult for a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol. This kills germs and will help prevent sickness until you can find running water and soap.
Get enough sleep.
Sleep plays an important role in your health, so make sure you are getting enough sleep each night.
Move your body.
Playing sports, going on a bike ride, or running around your backyard are great ways to boost your immunity. But be sure to wash your hands when you get home!
Get enough h2o.
Drinking water flushes toxins from your body and helps keep your body healthy.
Eat a balanced diet.
Food plays an important role in your health! Make sure you are eating a balanced diet (that means lots of fruits and veggies), and avoid processed foods when you can.
